It’s time to make plans for the 2024 LJJA Conference.

Stop having Zoom conferences!

We’re excited that our 2024 LJJA Conference will take place September 4, 5, & 6, 2024!

Returning to the Prescott Resort & Conference Center, 1500 State Route 69, Prescott, Arizona. 

There is a room block set up for you: We have reserved rooms in the hotel and have a deadline to book them. You should secure your room as soon as possible. We are taking the biggest part of the hotel, so please get your reservations in early.  Contact the Prescott Resort at 1-800-967-4637 for reservations, and ask for the Limited Jurisdiction Judges Association room block at the rate of $139 - $149 (+ tax) per night single occupancy. Check in time at hotel is 3 p.m. and late check out time is 11:00 am. The hotel will also let you reserve your room for up to (3) days prior to the conference and (3) days after for the Labor Day Weekend at the group rate. The DEADLINE for room Reservation is August 17, 2024.  After August 17th, the availability of hotel rooms cannot be guaranteed.

About our 2024 Conference programming: We are working on developing this year’s sessions. Significantly, we’re working to make this one of the best conferences yet, with new classes as well as important updates on rules, domestic-violence and DUI issues, evictions & writs, cyber security and much, much more.

We were hoping to have a bonus class on Tuesday afternoon, September 3rd, but that didn't work out. Sorry! We will see you in the lounge on Tuesday evening!!

• ·         Our Conference will take place 9/4-6/2024 (Wednesday morning to Friday noon) at the Prescott Resort and Conference Center in Prescott, AZ.
• ·         Make your room reservation ASAP (by Aug 17th) to secure your accommodations. Rooms are limited.
• ·         To make a reservation, contact the Prescott Resort at 1-800-967-4637.
• ·         Use Limited Jurisdiction Judges Assoc. to receive a rate of $139-149 single (+ tax) per room night.
• ·         Rooms may be reserved up to three days in advance and three days following the conference.
